As a person who loves to cook at home, I always fond of recipe with a twist. Those recipes with quite few numbers of spices always got my attention. Among those spiced dishes or recipes, curry will always be one of my top 10 lists.
The traditional curry is often prepared or flavoured with sauce of hot tasting ingredients and spices. Curry dishes vary from where it is cooked or its originating country. Curry can be wet and dry. This particular dish may contain meat, poultry or seafood. Some prepare it with just vegetables in it (vegetarians).
Pork Curry is one of my favorites and I can say, can be my specialty dish. Below is a pork curry recipe that you might find interesting if you are the kind of food lover like me.
