❝ A Must Try Curry Recipe For Foodies Like Me ❞
As a person who loves to cook at home, I always fond of recipe with a twist. Those recipes with quite few numbers of spices always got my attention. Among those spiced dishes or recipes, curry will always be one of my top 10 lists.

The traditional curry is often prepared or flavoured with sauce of hot tasting ingredients and spices. Curry dishes vary from where it is cooked or its originating country. Curry can be wet and dry. This particular dish may contain meat, poultry or seafood. Some prepare it with just vegetables in it (vegetarians).
Pork Curry is one of my favorites and I can say, can be my specialty dish. Below is a pork curry recipe that you might find interesting if you are the kind of food lover like me.
Pork and Potato Curry Recipe
Ingredients for Marinade:
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce or 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon curry paste
1-2 tablespoons corn flour mixed in 1 tablespoon water
Sliced 450g pork fillet
1 tablespoon oil, divided
Peeled and diced 5 medium sized potatoes
1 medium onion, diced
Ingredients for Seasoning:
1/2 tablespoon curry paste
350ml water
Cooking Instruction 1). Mix together the sugar, salt, soy sauce, curry paste and corn flour slurry for the marinade.
2). Marinade the pork for 15 minutes.
3). Heat a frying pan with half of the oil over high heat.
4). Stir-fry the pork for 3-5 minutes or until done. Set aside.
5). Fry the potatoes using the same frying pan with the remaining cooking oil until brown.
6). Add water and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes or until soft.
7). Add the pork back into the pan; add the remaining 1/2 tablespoon curry paste as well. Mix thoroughly and serve.
