Stretch Up
Just like warming up, stretching makes your body or muscle in general ready for the intensive training that might follow. Stretching up increases the body and muscles flexibility thus lowers down the risk of injuries such as muscle strain and reduces muscle sore as well.

Breathe Properly There is always a proper and improper way of breathing at any kind of activity we do, much more for workout and exercise. Learning the art of breathing in a rhythmic way can help to ease out the tiring and exhausting effect of any routine workout you do. Always take notice of how you breathe especially in times of intensive workout or training.

Getting Leaner Upper Body With The Shake Weight

We women also wanted to have a leaner and stronger upper body just like most men wanted too. But what makes it a bit different is that, girls like me don’t want to develop that manly looking, body building arms that men do have because of lifting weights that enhances the upper body. Good thing shake weights are created. It helps me reach my goal of having a leaner upper body without lifting a great amount of weight.


Shake Weight or shake weight dumbbell for women do only weighs about 2.5 pounds. Although it doesn’t carry that much of weight, it’s quite effective based on my experience. According to its creators or manufacturers, shake weight uses “dynamic inertia” – some sort of very rapid, and intense action that makes muscles work out thus allowing it to burn fats in much faster way resulting into a leaner arms and upper body. By just using shake weight for 6 minutes a day, the upper arms, shoulders and core upper body muscles can already meet the intensive work out it must achieve.

Using the shake weight along with other home routine exercise and cardio workouts can already give me the result that I want for my overall health and body. Shake weight really speed up the process for me of getting the desired results I longing to see and achieve.
