Nowadays, workouts and how we do exercise are a bit more advanced and sometimes complicated. This is because day after day, we humans do find out other ways to make our work out and exercise more efficient. Just like warming up, stretching makes your body or muscle in general ready for the intensive training that might follow. Stretching up increases the body and muscles flexibility thus lowers down the risk of injuries such as muscle strain and reduces muscle sore as well.
Breathe Properly There is always a proper and improper way of breathing at any kind of activity we do, much more for workout and exercise. Learning the art of breathing in a rhythmic way can help to ease out the tiring and exhausting effect of any routine workout you do. Always take notice of how you breathe especially in times of intensive workout or training.
